Die Castings

Materials:  Materials that can be cast are Zinc, Brass, and Aluminum

Sizes:  Die Casting Press sizes vary from 10-Ton to 1000-Ton and allow for single cavity or multi-cavity tools. Cost-effective tool design can be made from CAD/CAM process, depending on manufacturer and format of drawing for product. Part sizes vary from .5 - 30 lbs.

Post-Casting:  Most post-casting processes can be implemented, including Machining, Plating, Assembly, Tempering, Heat Treatment, Welding and Painting.  The more value added processs that are required for the product, the more cost-effective prices will be.
