Hot Forging

Materials:   Materials that can be forged are Steel, Stainless Steel, Iron, Aluminum, etc.  Often the material can be substituted with in-country domestic grades that will provide identical or similar physical properties for greater cost-effectiveness.   

Sizes:  Press sizes vary from Small (5 Tons), Medium, and Large (2,000 Tons), and include closed die, hammer, and off-set forging.  Part sizes vary from .5 lbs to 200 lbs.

Most Post-Forging processes can be implemented, including:  Machining, Plating, Assembly, Tempering, Heat Treatment, Welding and Painting.  The more value-added process that are required for the product, the more cost -effective pricing will be.
