Materials: Machined materials include, Steel, Stainless Steel, Iron, Brass, Aluminum, etc. In-country domestic materials can be substituted that have the same or similar physical properties to enhance cost-competitiveness.
Sizes: Parts sizes for machinings include: Small, Medium, and Large - (.5 lbs - 2000 lbs) the larger machinings are typically based from castings or forgings.
Most Post-Machining processes can be implemented, including: Plating, Assembly, Tempering, Heat Treatment, Welding and Painting. The more value-added processes that are required for the product, the more cost-effective pricing will be.
Machined From: Forgings, Castings, Bar, Block
Equipment: Manual and CNC Lathes and Mills, Jig and Centerless Grinding, etc. Heat Treatment can be conveyored, oven, or induction-based.
